Terms of use

Last updated: 12 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the Sigvo app, published by Deepliy. By installing or using Sigvo, you agree to them.

Licence

Deepliy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Sigvo on devices you own or control, for your own signing, filling, converting and scanning.

Free trial and subscriptions

Sigvo offers a 3-day free trial that unlocks every feature. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to the paid plan you selected, and Google Play charges the price shown at purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You manage or cancel a subscription in the Google Play account settings on your device. A one-time purchase, where offered, is a single payment with no renewal.

Signature disclaimer

Sigvo adds a visual signature to your documents. It is not a substitute for a qualified electronic signature service, such as an eIDAS qualified e-signature or your country's legally certified electronic signature. You are responsible for confirming that a visual signature is acceptable for your purpose.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sigvo to forge signatures, alter documents you have no right to change, or break any law. You are responsible for the documents you create.

No warranty and liability

Sigvo is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Deepliy is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or from the documents you produce with it.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the publisher, Deepliy, is established. For any question about these terms, contact support@deepliy.com.
