Privacy policy

The short version

Your documents, signatures, stamps and scans are processed on your phone and are never uploaded to us or anyone else.

You do not create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email or phone number.

The app collects anonymous crash and usage diagnostics to fix problems and improve features. You can turn this off in Settings.

What stays on your device

Every file you open, convert, scan or sign is handled locally. PDFs, Word and Excel files, images, camera captures and the signatures you draw or import never leave the phone.

There is no cloud storage and no sync. When you uninstall the app, the documents and signatures it stored on the device are removed with it.

Diagnostics we collect

To keep the app stable, Sigvo uses Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase to record anonymous crash reports and usage events, such as which features are opened. This data does not identify you and does not include the contents of your documents.

You can disable diagnostics at any time from Settings. The app keeps working exactly the same with diagnostics off.

Website analytics

This website, sigvo.app, is separate from the app. It uses Google Analytics to measure traffic, such as which pages are visited. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the consent banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are stored.

The app itself does not use these website cookies, and the on-device behaviour described above is unchanged.

Permissions

The camera permission is used only for the document scanner and batch mode. Camera images are cropped and enhanced on the device and are never uploaded.

Storage access is used to open the files you pick and to save the PDFs you export. Sigvo only touches the files you choose.

Payments

Subscriptions are handled by Google Play billing. Sigvo does not see or store your payment details; Google processes them under its own terms.

Children

Sigvo is a productivity tool intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children.
