Data deletion

Because Sigvo keeps your documents on your device and does not require an account, there is very little data to delete. This page explains how to remove what exists.
Documents and signatures
Your documents, signatures, stamps and scans are stored only on your phone. Deleting them inside the app, or uninstalling Sigvo, removes them. We never hold a copy.
Diagnostics
Anonymous crash and usage diagnostics are not tied to your identity. To stop collection, turn diagnostics off in Settings. To request deletion of diagnostic data already collected, email support@deepliy.com and we will process the request.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription is done in Google Play. Google holds your purchase records under its own terms; contact Google Play support to remove billing data.
